The neatest link
Posted in Uncategorized on Jan 2nd, 2008
I am on a TON of Yahoo email groups, and for many different topics. One one, someone
posted this link and I just had to pass it on.
No matter what politicians have decided to do in regard to the War in Iraq, we owe a debt of gratitude to the many soldiers who have faithfully served this country. It is their call to duty, and their sacrifice over the years that has helped to make the United States of America the greatest country on Earth.
While we may not always know how to show our appreciation to soldiers when we see them, and we may feel awkward in doing so, we SO need to let them know we appreciate them and their efforts on our behalf. We need to tell them “Thank You.”
Please go and visit this website: The Gratitude Campaign. You can learn a simple sign to say “Thanks” without ever having to utter a spoken word. It might make things less awkward, for both of you, but it NEEDS to be said.
For all those who have loved ones overseas fighting, please know that I, for one, am proud of your soldier, and I’m sure I’m not alone. So, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. For allowing your loved one to answer the call to serve. If you have lost a loved one, THANK YOU for YOUR sacrifice and may God comfort and bless you.

That is awesome! Thanks for sharing it.
You’re very welcome.
I couldn’t NOT share. Blessings to you and thanks for stopping by!
