His Favorite Daughter

A friend of mine has been telling me about this wonderful book she’s been reading about homeschooling. So, she wrote a review and asked that I share it with others.  So, without further ado, here’s the review by my friend.

Homeschooling at the Speed of Life by Marilyn Rockett

What a blessing this book turned out to be!  I must thank the Lord for leading me to such a wonderful book.

Marilyn has given me tricks and methods that finally all make sense to me.  Plus, the book comes with a CD full of wonderful information like forms and stuff.  From the Getting Started chapter right through to Teaching Life Skills to Finishing Well, Marilyn has given us a fantastic, workable method to finally getting this very disorganized mom a place to start, and step by step instructions on how to get there.

Definitely a must-read for chronically disorganized moms like me.  Then again, it’s fantastic for everyone, with a load of very valuable information.  I know I will definitely be turning to it again and again.
