Another day, another blog post

Welcome to another entry. 
I’m really encouraged by the comments that I’ve had so far about the blog. I hope that means that I’m at least doing “something” right. LOL
As well as learning how to blog, I’m gearing up for a new year homeschooling my boys. DST is supposed to be going into the 5th grade, but he was kind of lazy toward the end of the school year. So, I believe he’s going to have to finish up with that before “graduating” into the 5th grade. MB is starting 1st grade; he was doing some 1st grade work last year while in kindergarten. He’s getting the hang of reading, but still has a way to go with it.
I’ve bought a new book that I need to read “Heart of Wisdom Teaching Approach” or HOWTA to those already following this method. Heart of Wisdom encourages Christians to search out their Hebraic roots and uses the Bible as the main basis for learning. I’m eager to read the book, especially since we’re scheduled to start “school” the middle of next month!
